Created by travellers, for travellers

We are Sabrina and Roni. We created Villafranca Suites with the things we look for when we travel: a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, good coffee, space to work and an arrival that is easy to organise.

Where we are

Via Villafranca 9, 00185 Rome, Italy. First floor with two elevators and wide stairs. Approximate walks: Castro Pretorio Metro 2 minutes, Termini Station 5 minutes, Trevi Fountain 25 minutes, Colosseum 30 minutes and Vatican City 53 minutes.

A good night’s sleep

We looked for beds in Italy but did not find the comfort we wanted, so we brought handmade beds from Sweden. We paired them with quality linen, calm colours and new windows that help reduce outside noise.

Your suite

A private bathroom with shower and bidet fixture, Byredo products, premium towels and linen, a comfortable bed, workspace, Samsung Smart TV, Nespresso coffee, mini fridge, safe, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer and Wi-Fi. Every room has natural light and new windows designed to reduce noise.

Family Suite 103

A double bed, a 140 cm sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table and two Smart Samsung TVs. It is ideal for two adults and two children; four adults are also possible.

Breakfast and nearby cafés

Only in Family Suite 103. All suites have a mini fridge and Nespresso coffee. Breakfast is not included; cafés, restaurants, pizzerias and a supermarket are nearby.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible; direct guests receive priority consideration.

Yes. Smart self check-in is available once online check-in and your access instructions are complete. You usually do not need to meet someone, but on-site assistance can be arranged when needed.

Booking directly

Luggage storage is complimentary for guests who book directly on our website. Bookings through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms have a fixed €10 administration fee per storage request. Access is confirmed after checking availability and any required payment.

A note from us

Most guests come to Rome for the walks, the coffee, the architecture and the dinners they keep talking about at home. After a full day out, your room matters too. It is where you rest, plan tomorrow and get ready for another evening. That is why we spent time choosing the beds, the bathrooms and the details you use every day.
