Wonderful apartment! Sabrina is a great host who replied to all our questions instantly. The apartments are incredibly beautiful, with a stylish and modern design. Everything inside is brand new and thought out to the smallest detail. The location is super convenient - everything is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful stay with thoughtful touches, fabulous facilities and a seriously good night’s sleep! Genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The room was much larger than I expected, beautifully presented and had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, and the complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch. One thing worth mentioning is the bedding. I’m quite fussy when it comes to a good night’s sleep, but the quality of the linen was excellent and having a choice of pillows was a real bonus. Those little details really do make a difference. Overall, a fantastic experience with so many thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would happily stay again. A real find! The wasn’t a view from the window, minor detail but had it have been possible to see out into the street and not a wall then it would be an 11 out of 10.

We stayed at this property for a few days and could not have asked for better!!! From the moment we arrived, the owners welcomed us with incredible kindness and helpfulness, making us feel at ease straight away. The room was impeccable for us: modern, with an extremely comfortable bed, ideal for resting after long walks among Rome’s wonders, and a spotless bathroom with everything we needed. The location was very convenient and well situated. (The metro is around the corner, for example.) Excellent value for money. We will definitely return on our next trips to Rome. Absolutely recommended! Thank you so much!!

This is the place to be! Accommodation is newly renovated, very clean, spacefull and comfortable. The managers are very kind and accommodating. You stay near public transportations and not so far from Roma Termini, in a safe neighborhood. The negative points are that you can ear people staying on the other side of the wall and also that the room is not cleaned if you don’t ask (even though we asked, nobody came to make it up and were staying for on week).

I stayed at Villafranca Suites and the experience was really very positive. The rooms are new, modern, impeccably clean and equipped with every comfort, perfect for feeling at ease immediately. The location is extremely convenient: a few steps from Castro Pretorio metro and about a 5-minute walk from Termini, ideal for getting around Rome easily. Parking is also easy to find in the area, which is very convenient if you arrive by car. Special thanks to the young man who welcomed us, who was so kind, helpful and always smiling. The area is also full of cafés, restaurants and shops, so nothing is missing. If I return to Rome, I would definitely choose this property again!

Super comfortable room at an excellent location. The room was new and super clean. It was comfortable too. Easy to access it with a code so no need to carry a key around.

A really pleasant stay in the heart of Rome. Villafranca Suites was a very positive surprise: a modern property, elegant surroundings and spotless rooms. You can see the attention to detail and care for guests. We really appreciated the comfortable bed, quality towels and quiet room despite the very central location. You can reach the metro and Termini station in a few minutes, making it perfect for tourism or work. The owners were always helpful and very kind, making us feel welcome from the start. A very positive experience, highly recommended for anyone wanting a new, comfortable and well-organised place to stay in Rome.

I had a fantastic stay here. The room couldn’t have been better. So clean and nice. Also the host was very responsive and helpful. Also a complimentary bottle of prosecco was included! So glad I stayed here.
